We plan and execute trainings for public sector institutions, business support institutions and development partners on a regular basis. The following is a subset of the 'types' of trainings that we are well equipped to deliver.

E-commerce Capacity Building

We design and deliver tailor-made training programs for government agencies,SMEs, Business Support Institutions and other stakeholders to bolster their e-commerce capabilities. This can range from basic introductions to e-commerce to advanced sessions on E-commerce concepts.

Needs-Assessment Workshops

We conduct comprehensive workshops to help organizations and governments identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities in their strategies and service offerings - be it focused on trade, E-commerce or SME competitiveness. These workshops can be both diagnostic (identifying issues) and prescriptive (providing solutions).

Digital Economy Masterclasses

Our masterclasses delve deep into specific areas of digital trade. Topics  include emerging trends, regulatory challenges, best practices from around the world, and strategies for SME growth in the digital space. These are half-day or full-day deep-dive sessions.
